Job summary

The Sales & Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through active sales, lead generation, and digital marketing campaigns. This role blends field sales execution with online customer acquisition, requiring a proactive, target-driven professional with strong communication skills and a passion for renewable energy.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into solar project sales
  • Conduct client consultations, site visits, and solution presentations
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to closure
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Manage company social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp Business)
  • Run lead-generation campaigns (organic and paid)
  • Create engaging content: posts, reels, flyers, short videos, case studies
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and convert them into sales leads
  • Track and report campaign performance and lead conversion metrics

Brand & Market Engagement

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, outreach programs, and client meetings
  • Support webinars, promotions, and marketing activations
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence


Requirements:

  • Minimum OND/Dreege
  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Strong sales negotiation and closing skills • Knowledge of solar energy systems is an advantage (training can be provided) • Experience with social media marketing and basic digital ads • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Target-driven and self-motivated • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Organized proactive and result-oriented • Passion for clean energy and sustainability
