Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into solar project sales
- Conduct client consultations, site visits, and solution presentations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to closure
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage company social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp Business)
- Run lead-generation campaigns (organic and paid)
- Create engaging content: posts, reels, flyers, short videos, case studies
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and convert them into sales leads
- Track and report campaign performance and lead conversion metrics
Brand & Market Engagement
- Represent the company at exhibitions, outreach programs, and client meetings
- Support webinars, promotions, and marketing activations
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence
Requirements:
- Minimum OND/Dreege
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
