Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Outbound Lead Generation (60% of your time)
• Send 20-30 personalized LinkedIn connection requests daily
• Join and actively contribute to 10+ diaspora/entrepreneur WhatsApp/Facebook groups
• Cold email campaigns to segmented prospect lists
• Comment on 10 target posts daily (value-first, not spammy)
• Build and maintain target prospect lists
Discovery Call Qualification (25%)
• Conduct 15-20 minute discovery calls with warm leads
• Qualify based on budget, timeline, and fit
• Schedule strategy calls with Dele (founder) for qualified prospects
• Handle common objections and nurture "not yet" prospects
Pipeline Management (15%)
• Track all leads in spreadsheet/CRM
• Follow up relentlessly via email, WhatsApp
• Send Discovery Package proposals ($750)
• Report weekly metrics (connections, calls, proposals, conversions)
Requirements:
- Don't take rejection personally (resilience > experience)
- Comfortable reaching out to strangers daily
- Can hold a conversation without a script
- Understand diaspora challenges (or willing to learn fast)
- Tech-savvy (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, basic CRM)
- Based in Nigeria, work Nigerian business hours
Commission: Starts at 1% of contract value, grows with performance
Work Hours: 20-30 hours/week Nigerian business hours (occasional evening for US diaspora)
Targets: 3-5 qualified calls booked per week
Start: Immediately or after 2-4 weeks notice
