Sales Caller
Job summary
We are hiring Sales Callers to drive client acquisition for our recruitment services. This is a pure commission-based role suited for people who can confidently pick up the phone, speak to business owners or HR managers, and close them on using us as their recruitment provider.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively call businesses across Nigeria to pitch our recruitment services.
- Identify and engage HR managers, founders, or decision-makers.
- Clearly explain our recruitment offering and value proposition.
- Convert prospects into signed recruitment clients.
- Use job boards, directories, and other approved tools to source business leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
- Work independently while meeting agreed performance expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, call center work, or business development.
- Strong phone presence and persuasion skills.
- Ability to confidently speak with business owners and HR professionals.
- Comfortable with rejection and high-volume calling.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Familiarity with job boards and online business sourcing tools.
- Reliable phone access and a stable internet connection.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

- You don’t need micromanagement
- You understand that commission-only means effort equals income

This role is:
- Performance-based
- Flexible

This role is NOT:
- A salaried position
- Suitable for beginners with no sales experience
- A role with a guaranteed monthly income
Compensation Structure:
- NGN 20,000 commission per successfully signed business
- No cap on earnings, the more clients you close, the more you earn
- Phone airtime/ call minutes will be provided
- No base salary, this is strictly commission-based
