We are seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Rep to represent Africado, pitch our services, and close high-value B2B deals. If you're confident, persuasive, and thrive on results, this role is for you. Must be able to think on your feet and deliver in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across private and public sectors
- Deliver and present proposal documents to decision-makers
- Follow up actively with prospects to secure deals
- Represent Africado at meetings, events, and client presentations
- Maintain a structured pipeline using CRM or tracking tools
- Collaborate with content, pricing, and delivery teams to meet client needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, Master's Degree preferred.
- 3-4 years of sales experience (preferably in banking, consulting, HR services, or B2B)
- Strong presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to close deals independently
- Self-motivated, confident, and personable
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal workflows is an advantage
