The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Liaising and networking with a range of customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organizations to strengthen business relationships and expand market presence.
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, product demand, and potential areas for business growth.
- Monitoring competitor activity, including pricing, promotions, and product offerings, and reporting relevant findings to management.
- Developing new business and opportunities for the company by identifying and approaching potential dealers, distributors, and bulk buyers.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases, including contact details, purchase history, and customer preferences.
- Actively visiting customers and prospects in assigned territories to promote company products and strengthen business relationships.
- Promoting company products through presentations, product demonstrations, and customer education.
- Gathering customer feedback regarding product performance, pricing, and market expectations, and reporting this information to management.
- Following up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to ensure timely sales conversion.
- Coordinating with the accounts and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, payment confirmation, and product delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND, BSc degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or related role.
- Candidates must reside in Amuwo Odofin or nearby areas.
