We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development Officer with knowledge in ERP software sales. The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of closing ERP deals, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role is highly performance-based and suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, solution-driven environments.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure for ERP software and related solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors.
  • Conduct product presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts to secure successful deals.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain strong after-sales support communication.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.


Requirements:

  • Reasonable experience in ERP software sales
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as PurpleDove ERP, Odoo ERP, SAP, Sage, etc.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales pipelines.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles, up-selling, and referral marketing


Additional skills

  • Experience in selling ERP solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of ERP functionalities and modules
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Existing network of potential ERP clients across sectors (real estate, NGOs, retail, finance, healthcare, education, etc.).
