Role Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, engaging prospective customers, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, referrals, and social media
- Present and demonstrate JusticeSure’s products and services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Proactively identify, qualify, and convert leads across inbound and outbound channels (calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, webinars).
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Execute structured follow-up strategies to improve lead-to-conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the business development team to provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and campaign performance.
- Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or a related role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Nice to Have
- Experience selling technology, SaaS, fintech, legal-tech, or digital products
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
- Knowledge of the Nigerian startup ecosystem
- Experience in B2B sales and partnership development
