Sales and Marketing Executive
Job summary
The sales and marketing executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing brand visibility, and expanding the customer base for the pet business. This role involves promoting pet products and services, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with customers, pet owners, and partners.

Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for pet products and services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, pet owners, and distributors
- Upsell and cross-sell products such as pet food, accessories, and services
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
- Organize promotional events, campaigns, and partnerships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide excellent customer service and product guidance
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain a database of customers and follow up on leads
Business Development:
- Identify partnership opportunities with veterinary clinics, pet stores, and breeders
- Support expansion into new markets and customer segments
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/marketing (pet industry experience is an advantage)
- Strong digital marketing and social media skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Remuneration: NGN 300,000
