Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Prospect, network, cold call & leverage digital channels
  • Pitch properties, negotiate, and close deals
  • Follow up leads and convert inquiries to sales
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate/property sales
  • Proven ability to generate leads & close deals
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with targets and performance tracking
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Team player with high drive and discipline
  • Familiar with CRM tools & Google Workspace
