Job summary
Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Attendant/Admin Assistant to support their pharmaceutical sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders, maintain accurate records, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain proper inventory levels, organize stock, and assist with stock replenishment.
- Ensure shelves and display areas are clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
- Support the sales team with basic administrative tasks and reporting.
- Follow company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in handling pharmaceutical products.
- Address customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
Requirements:
- HND, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant diploma is desirable but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn about pharmaceutical products and inventory procedures.
- Close attention to detail, honesty, and reliability.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a professional attitude in a customer-facing role.
