Job summary

Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Attendant/Admin Assistant to support their pharmaceutical sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders, maintain accurate records, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels, organize stock, and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Ensure shelves and display areas are clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
  • Support the sales team with basic administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Follow company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in handling pharmaceutical products.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide basic product information.


 

Requirements:

  • HND, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant diploma is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn about pharmaceutical products and inventory procedures.
  • Close attention to detail, honesty, and reliability.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a professional attitude in a customer-facing role.
