Job Description/Requirements
- Drive sales of interior design products and services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage and train sales representatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to improve client experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–5 years proven experience in sales or business development (experience in interior design or furniture industry is an advantage).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Must be goal-oriented and customer-focused
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must reside in Abeokuta or be willing to relocate.
