Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals
  • Present and demonstrate SaaS products to potential clients (virtual & physical demos)
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable software solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals
  • Maintain and update CRM records regularly
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for better positioning
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in tech sales, SaaS sales, or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
