Responsibilities:
- Manage users, permissions, and basic platform configurations
- Provide first-line support to platform users
- Maintain data hygiene and platform accuracy
- Document processes, updates, and changes
- Support routine administration and system housekeeping
- Learn advanced features and grow into a Super User role
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience using HubSpot / Asana / Notion / Mirowor, and similar SaaS tools
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Good communication and documentation habits
- Positive, can-do attitude and comfortable with routine administrative tasks: user management, permissions, basic configurations
- Can provide first-line support to end users and escalate complex issues appropriately
