Full stack Developer

Responsibilities:

Product & Full Stack Engineering:

• Build and maintain consumer-facing product experiences.
• Develop and ship new features from concept to production.
• Work closely with our product, growth, and design teams.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to both mobile and web development.

Backend & Platform Engineering:

• Design and build scalable APIs and backend services.
• Maintain and improve our platform architecture and infrastructure.
• Build integrations with external data providers and APIs.
• Develop internal tools and operational systems.
• Improve monitoring, reliability, and system performance.

AI & Intelligent Discovery You’ll help us build the next generation of discovery experiences, including:

• Personalized recommendations.
• AI-powered search and discovery.
• Venue and event ranking systems.
• User preference modeling.
• Recommendation engines.
• Context-aware suggestions. 
• AI-assisted content generation workflows.

Data & Analytics:

• Build event and venue data ingestion pipelines.
• Design scalable data models.
• Implement user activity tracking.
• Support analytics, reporting, experimentation, and growth measurement.
• Build systems that can support future machine-learning initiatives.

Technical Leadership:

• Contribute to our technical architecture and engineering standards.
• Participate in technical planning and prioritization.
• Identify and solve scalability and performance bottlenecks.
• Contribute to engineering best practices.
• Help mentor future engineering hires as our team grows.

Requirements:

•  4 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building and shipping production applications.
• Experience developing products used by real customers.
• Strong problem-solving and system-design skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong ownership mentality and startup mindset.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 300,000 Monthly
