As an office tools & data analysis instructor, you will deliver engaging, hands-on training that equips students and professionals with practical Microsoft Office tools skills and modern data analysis techniques. Beyond teaching, you will mentor students, develop practical projects, assess performance, and contribute to curriculum improvement.

- Deliver practical instructor-led office tools and data analysis classes.
- Teach Microsoft Excel (Foundation to Advanced) for business productivity and data analysis.
- Teach Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Introduce learners to Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools.
- Teach Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.
- Teach SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Guide students through practical business scenarios, projects, and case studies.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and learning materials.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to students.
- Track student progress and maintain academic records.
- Continuously improve course content to reflect current workplace and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, statistics, mathematics, engineering, business information systems, or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, SQL and Python for Data Analysis is an advantage.
- Experience delivering Microsoft Office or data analysis training is highly desirable.
- Experience working as a data analyst, business intelligence professional, corporate trainer, or learning facilitator is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to beginners and working professionals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Familiarity with business reporting, KPI dashboards, and workflow automation.
- Experience handling real business datasets and workplace productivity scenarios.
- Portfolio of dashboards, automation projects, or training materials.
