Atib Services Limited is a growing provider of software solutions ranging from Accounting, HMO, Insurance, Fleet management, hospital management, etc. We are seeking a well-motivated and detail- oriented software consultant to join our team to implement and support new clients as well as existing client on our varieties of software solutions.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Installation of software and Database
- Implementation of Software
- Training of Software
- Provide first-line support to clients using our software
- Troubleshoot technical and user issues promptly
- Guide clients through software features and updates
- Document and escalate complex issues to senior support staff
- Document and escalate complex issues to the product vendor
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting, computer science, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support or accounting software preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principle
- Basic Knowledge of Sage software (Added advantage)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Location: On-site, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000 Monthly
