Software / IT Personnel

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, software applications, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor and maintain the organization's computer networks, internet connectivity, and IT infrastructure.
• Install software updates, security patches, and system upgrades.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, passwords, and system configurations.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of business software and applications.
• Develop, customize, test, or maintain software applications where required by the organization.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Implement basic cybersecurity measures, data protection procedures, and regular data backups.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licences, system configurations, and technical support requests.
• Train employees on the effective use of company software, systems, and technology tools.
• Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when specialized support is required.
• Assist with website updates, email administration, cloud services, and other digital platforms where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards.
• Prepare reports on IT activities, system issues, and maintenance operations.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience
  
• A minimum of a diploma in a related field
