Job Summary
The digital channel retail Manager is responsible for managing the business’s online presence. 70% of The Reloved Rack’s customer interaction happens via its social platforms - Instagram and WhatsApp and the Retail manager is expected to effectively coordinate this providing great customer service as well as develop digital strategies.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Instagram page management/creation of sales posts and DM responses to all queries in a polite and respectful manner
- Responsible for Website uploads as well
- Responsible for sales/inquiries via all digital channels
- Meet sales goals by developing strategies to drive increased sales
- Maintain our high levels of customers satisfaction through continuous excellent service
- Weekly reports on buying trends, customer needs, inventory inflow and outflow, profits, etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Be innovative in deploying sales strategies
- Additional management duties as may be required
Requirements:
- A minimum of a diploma qualification
- At least one year of a working experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Apt attention to details
