Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify new product trends and industry developments.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to develop and test new products.
- Analyze customer feedback, competitor products, and market demand to inform product innovation.
- Maintain detailed documentation on formulation, testing, and modifications.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with procurement on sourcing materials for new product development.
Requirements:
- BSc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- 2-4 years experience in an R&D role, preferably in manufacturing or production.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Passion for innovation and product development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
