The candidate is responsible for promoting and selling internet services to customers via online channels, phone calls& digital platforms. Candidate focuses on lead conversion, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets while working entirely from a remote location.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Acquisition:
- Contact and engage potential customers through phone calls, social media platforms, emails, and messaging channels.
- Present and explain internet service packages to prospective clients.
- Convert leads into paying customers and meet assigned monthly sales targets.
Lead Management:
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and referrals.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects to nurture interest and close sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, installation processes, and service coverage.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage referrals and repeat patronage.
Sales Reporting:
- Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Submit daily or weekly sales reports to the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
Online Brand Representation:
- Represent the organization professionally across all digital communication platforms.
- Participate in online promotional campaigns and virtual sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or online sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Good customer relationship management skills and the ability to maintain professional client interactions.
- Strong digital communication skills, including the use of platforms such as WhatsApp, email, and basic CRM tools.
- Excellent time management, organization, and self-discipline, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and meet sales targets.
- Must have access to a personal laptop or smartphone with reliable internet access.
- Must maintain a quiet and professional workspace suitable for communicating with customers.
- Familiarity with basic sales tracking tools and online communication platforms will be an added advantage.
