We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Reception Class Teacher to join our early years team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, play-based curriculum that supports the learning and development of children aged 4–5. The role requires strong classroom management, creativity, and the ability to foster a nurturing and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess pupils’ progress and maintain accurate records.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
- Use creative and imaginative methods to encourage learning through play.
- Support children's personal, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage behavior in line with school policies.
- Participate in school meetings, training, and events as required.
Requirements:
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1–2 years teaching experience in Early Years or Reception class (preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Basic ICT proficiency and ability to use educational technology.
