Sales Development Representative
Job summary
We are looking for a serious, organized, and sales-driven Virtual Assistant to help us find and close real estate deals in the United States. This is not just research work. This is a sales + follow-up position.

Responsibilities:
On-Market Property Research & Offers:
- Search for properties on Zillow
- Enter property details into our custom deal analysis tool
- Research rental market data and comparable properties
- Contact realtors by phone, email, and text -Ask structured qualification questions
- Collect missing property information
- Generate property reports for review
- Send offers to realtors
- Track all deals and offers inside our CRM -Follow up daily on offers sent
Cold Calling (Off-Market Deals):
- Use our dialer system to call property owners
- Speak clearly and confidently
- Ask qualification questions about the property
- Identify motivated sellers \
- Collect property details
- Follow up daily inside the CRM Set tasks, and complete them every day
Requirements:
- Speak and write clear English
- Be confident on phone calls
- Be comfortable calling U.S. property owners
- Be organized and detail-oriented -Follow instructions carefully
- Be proactive with follow-up -Respond quickly on WhatsApp during work hours
- Be reliable and consistent -Be sales-minded, not shy
- You must reply quickly when messaged during work hours.
- You must complete daily tasks without constant supervision.
Tools You Will Use:
- Our custom CRM
- Zillow
- Dialer software
- Email and SMS tools
- Our custom property analysis tool (Training will be provided.)
Work Hours: U.S. Eastern Time, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (you work at your own pace during these hours, but must be available and responsive)
