Responsibilities:
- Assist in completing assigned audit checklist sections under supervision to ensure all applicable standard requirements are evaluated.
- Observe client processes during site visits and document accurate notes to support the team findings.
- Draft summaries of audit observations and non-conformities for review by the Quality Manager.
- Conduct basic research on industry regulations and ISO updates to support audit preparation.
- Maintain the internal Audit Log, tracking audit progress from planning through report issuance.
- Organize and archive audit workpapers and supporting documentation according to the company’s record-retention policy.
- Assist in reviewing inspection reports, test results, and production records to confirm compliance with quality standards.
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science and IT related Skills.
- Graduate must be done with NYSC.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
