Quality Control Specialist
Job summary
To oversee technical compliance, machinery integrity, and product quality standards across our facility's operations. The ideal candidate will conduct strict QC inspections, audit equipment installations, verify machinery performance, and ensure all operational systems adhere to industrial standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect, test, and sign off on industrial manufacturing machinery and operational installations to ensure zero-defect setup and performance.
- Verify that all equipment setups, mechanical connections, and facility installations align strictly with technical schematics, operational diagrams, and engineering specifications.
- Perform regular quality checks on site machinery stability and auxiliary support systems to prevent operational downtime.
- Conduct non-negotiable safety audits enforcing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, operational safety practices, and industrial safety codes.
- Operate technical testing instruments to detect operational issues, document installation defects, and generate detailed non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Review preventive and corrective maintenance logs for facility machinery to ensure work quality matches internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a certified Trade Test Grade I in a relevant technical field.
- Advanced proficiency in reading technical schematics, operational diagrams, and using precision QC testing equipment.
- Deep knowledge of industrial operations, machinery setup, quality control methodologies, and safety codes.
- Exceptional eye for detail, strong fault-finding capabilities, and readiness to support shift rotations or emergency technical call-outs.
