Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate contractors, artisans, suppliers, and other site personnel.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related challenges.
• Prepare site reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper documentation of construction activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in site engineering or construction.
• Proven experience working on real estate/construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and site supervision.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and manage site activities effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Candidates residing around Ajah, Bogije, and nearby areas are strongly preferred.

Location: Lagos State

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 Monthly.
