Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct routine quality control checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Monitor production processes to maintain product quality, safety, and consistency.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Train staff on food safety, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Maintain documentation of QC and HSE activities and oversee waste management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
