Job summary
Responsible for controlling, organizing, tracking, and maintaining engineering and project documentation, ensuring documents are properly recorded, updated, distributed, and easily accessible to the relevant project teams.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project documents and records.
- Register, track, distribute, and archive engineering documents.
- Maintain document registers and ensure proper version control.
- Manage drawings, specifications, reports, correspondence, and transmittals.
- Ensure only current and approved documents are available to project teams.
- Follow up on document submissions, reviews, and approvals.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Support project close-out, handover, and documentation audits.
Requirements:
- HND in engineering, business administration, information management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience as a document controller, preferably in an engineering, construction, oil & gas, or project environment.
- Strong knowledge of document control, filing, version control, transmittals, and document tracking.
- Experience managing technical documents such as drawings, specifications, reports, contracts, and project correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and document management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information and work effectively under deadlines.
