Responsibilities:
Test Planning & Documentation:
- Develop and document detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Participate in the analysis of user stories and requirements to ensure clarity and testability.
Manual & Automated Testing:
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing on web and mobile applications.
- Execute test scripts and review results, ensuring thorough testing coverage.
- Support the development of automated test scripts and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency.
Defect Management:
- Identify, log, and track software bugs and issues using Jira or a similar tracking tool.
- Collaborate with developers to understand and resolve issues efficiently, verifying fixes and conducting regression tests.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the development, product management, and project teams to provide clear feedback on functionality, performance, and usability.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, providing insights into QA progress and obstacles.
Continuous Improvement:
- Support ongoing process improvements for testing workflows, documentation, and automation practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest QA tools, technologies, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
