Quality Assurance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Quality Assurance procedures
• Support CAPA management and drive timely closure of quality events
• Conduct data analysis and create reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Draft and maintain high-standard documentation in line with GDP/GMP requirements
• Collaborate across departments on project management initiatives
• Participate in internal audits and support external inspections
• Respond to and manage product or service complaints effectively
• Maintain and update training records, SOPs, and compliance checklists

Requirements:

• 1-2  years of experience in a similar QA or compliance-focused role
• Must have completed the mandatory NYSC 
• Must have a science background
• Strong knowledge of GDP/GMP standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with CAPA processes and complaint management
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. pharmaceutical, logistics, or food)
• Exposure to audit environments and QA systems

Remuneration: NGN 200,000
