Project Officer

Our Project:

We are into a National event that cuts across all private schools in Nigeria. We, therefore, need an experienced and resourceful individual to join our team on this project.

 Job Description:

 The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all activities for the event.
• Will be responsible for developing strategies to market and promote the event along with other members of the team and the planning committee.
  
• Collaborate with relevant internal teams and key operational partners in the development of strategies and plans for the smooth execution of the project.
  
• Facilitate monitoring and the implementation of set goals and laid down plans for the project.
  
• Provide regular updates and progress reports.
  
• Coordinate the dissemination of information and communication activities about the project.
  
• Contribute to the preparation of progress reports, briefings, proposals, reports, communications, events management, PR and Marketing activities needed to run this project.  
  
• Perform any other related duties, as required by the Project Director.
  

Requirements:

• A University Degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in events planning and management, PR and Marketing.  
• Knowledge of the educational sector. Planning, procedures and programme management are key.
  
• Extensive experience in strategic and operational planning and events marketing.
  
• Proven knowledge of project management and the ability to develop systems that support these processes.
  
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in program monitoring and evaluation.

Salary: NGN75,000- NGN150,000
