Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of software projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Helping project teams design, execute, monitor and complete their work to ensure the clients receive high-quality software products.
- Fostering a collaborative work environment where team members are motivated to achieve excellence.
- Serving as liaisons between the development team and other stakeholders.
- Testing products to identify defects and ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned for future projects.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of development technologies such as PHP Laravel, Node.js MySQL for building scalable products is a plus
- Agile project management skillsÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and people management skills
