Job Summary
This position will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in securing funding for Tetracore Energy Group’s Gas and Power projects. You are responsible for leading the fundraising efforts of the company. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive fund-raising strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives, initiating engagement and liaising with financial institutions and investors, and managing the end-to-end funding process.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to secure financing - debt and/or equity for gas and power projects.
- Conduct market research and identify potential funding sources, including local and international banks, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
- Prepare financial models, investment teasers, presentations, and investment memoranda to effectively communicate project viability and potential returns to investors.
- Lead negotiations with potential lenders and investors that will deliver favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Coordinate due diligence exercise and work effectively with several stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and closing.
- Stay up-to-date with the energy sector changes, including regulatory changes and financing trends.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist with any other tasks as requested by the company’s management from time to time.
Requirements:
- First Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (CFA or MBA Preferred)
- Minimum of 8 Years experience in Corporate Finance, preferably within the Energy Sector
- In-depth knowledge of project financing in the Energy Sector.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills(proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software).
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian gas and power sector (an advantage).
- Knowledge of Nigerian regulatory requirements for gas and power projects (an advantage).
- A good knowledge of internal control systems, financial audit processes, management systems, and accounting procedures for the Oil and Gas Industry is essential.
- Excellent intelligence gathering and networking skills.
- Able to solve problems with in-depth analysis and capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Membership of a relevant Professional Association is required – CFA etc.

Salary: NGN 500,000 - 600,000 Net
