Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise production and order entry.
• Keep track of key performance indicators (KPI) across different units.
• Monitor and report on unit performance.
• Supervise and train employees; provide administrative support (e.g., updating inventory); ensure compliance with established standards.
• Provide basic training and supervision in operations to the company’s employees.
• Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business units.
• Monitor compliance with operational policies and the progress of administrative tasks.
• Coordinate all activities of the production team for efficient and timely job completion.
• Ensure timely delivery of the completed job to the client's location (within the state or interstate).
• Produce a timely and accurate report on job orders, completion, and delivery (daily, weekly, and monthly).

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in overseeing operational processes; strong leadership and team coordination
  
• Operations supervisor experience
• Project management experience is a must have

• Good command of English

• Familiar and fluent in computer skills
