Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise production and order entry.
- Keep track of key performance indicators (KPI) across different units.
- Monitor and report on unit performance.
- Supervise and train employees; provide administrative support (e.g., updating inventory); ensure compliance with established standards.
- Provide basic training and supervision in operations to the company’s employees.
- Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business units.
- Monitor compliance with operational policies and the progress of administrative tasks.
- Coordinate all activities of the production team for efficient and timely job completion.
- Ensure timely delivery of the completed job to the client's location (within the state or interstate).
- Produce a timely and accurate report on job orders, completion, and delivery (daily, weekly, and monthly).
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Proven
experience in overseeing operational processes; strong leadership and team
coordination
- Operations supervisor experience
- Project management experience is a must have
Skills:
- Good command of English
- Ability
to work with different types of customers
- Familiar and fluent in computer skills
- Project management
