Project Manager

Responsibilities:

The candidate’s responsibilities may include inter alia:

• Project Planning: Lead the planning phase of projects, defining project scope, objectives, timelines,  and resource requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project goals are met.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and challenges to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints to optimize resource utilization.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, managing project scope changes and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, driving innovation and excellence in project delivery.

Requirements:

• A University degree;(including or similar to the following disciplines): Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, such as fintech or technology industry.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the fintech industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
• Knowledge of financial services, technology trends, and regulatory requirements in the fintech sector.
