Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of travel bookings and itineraries for clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support throughout the booking process and travel experience.
- Collaborate with vendors, airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure competitive pricing and availability for travel packages.
- Manage operational logistics, such as transportation, accommodations, meals, and activities, to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and personalized experiences.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, travel documents, and information packets for clients to enhance their travel experience.
- Monitor travel trends, destination updates, and industry regulations to inform operational decisions and enhance services.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3 years of working experience
