Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing and Project Team Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead our digital marketing initiatives and manage project teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects implementation.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives and project implementation strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Lead and manage a team of agile digital marketers, project implementation teams, designers, and content creators.
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts and project implementation through their lifecycle.
  • Liaise with the development teams to relay requirement, communicate and review the business need through lifecycle from concept to launch and post launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Document and create product features and design workflow based on business requirement, user feedback and technical feasibility.
  • Evaluate and document goals and requirements using techniques such as brainstorming, user story, and feature prioritisation exercises and requirement elicitation.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that deliver an intuitive and visually appealing experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients regarding project status, updates, and deliverables.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and obstacles that may impact project delivery or performance, and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and project management.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven experience in project management and team leadership roles.
  • Must have practical experience and understanding of full digital marketing, project management, teams management and result orientated with  best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and project management platforms, such as Jira, CRM, Agile tools, Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and email marketing software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
