Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute agricultural projects, including tractor rentals, small-scale equipment sales, and seed development programs.
- Write competitive grants and manage funded agricultural initiatives.
- Develop workplans, monitor KPIs, and produce reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with donors, farmers, and agricultural cooperatives.
- Support marketing and business development efforts in the region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in the agricultural sector.
- Familiarity with grant writing and donor-funded projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel across project sites in Adamawa as needed.
