Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee
overall factory operations, production planning, and daily performance
- Lead
strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product
quality
- Develop
and implement operational policies, and performance standards
- Manage
cross-functional teams and ensure effective coordination across departments
- Ensure
compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Drive
continuous improvement, restructuring, and process standardization
- Provide regular performance and progress reports to the Board of Directors
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-9 years of managerial experience in a plastic manufacturing environment
- Strong
leadership and team-driving abilities
- Demonstrated
success in improving operational efficiency, reducing waste, and achieving
quality excellence
- Ability
to lead in a fast-paced, high-demand manufacturing setup
