Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project scheduling, task tracking, and milestone updates.
- Coordinate drawings, renders, and design documentation across team members.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for pricing, quotes, and deliveries.
- Support client communication by preparing meeting notes, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Monitor progress on-site, documenting updates with photos and reports.
- Manage procurement lists, material schedules, and budgets under supervision.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in project documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, design administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret basic architectural drawings is preferred.
- Experience with project management tools (Notion, Asana) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling tasks with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to visit project sites when required.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
