Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with the company’s overall business and growth objectives.
- Identify market opportunities through user research, competitive analysis, and industry trends within the health-tech space.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear product initiatives and outcomes.
- Develop compelling product value propositions that address customer needs and regulatory realities.
- Ensure product decisions are informed by data, customer insights, and long-term scalability
- Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into well-defined product specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
- Drive timely delivery of high-quality product releases while managing scope and trade-offs.
- Ensure products meet usability, performance, and compliance standards required in healthcare environments.
Requirements:
