Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor real estate construction and development projects.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to manage construction timelines.
- Supervise project staff and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
- Report progress, challenges, and completion status to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing building construction and real estate development projects.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with construction regulations.
- Familiarity with health & safety standards.
- Candidate must be within commutable distance from the company’s office.
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 Monthly (Negotiable)
