Job summary
The Programs Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a flagship annual event, alongside other strategic programs. This role requires a proactive and highly organised professional with strong experience in event management, sponsorship acquisition, partnerships, and project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the event and other annual programs.
- Develop detailed project plans, workstreams, timelines, and execution frameworks.
- Secure and manage sponsorships and strategic partnerships to support program objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking for all programs.
- Manage logistics, vendors, stakeholders, and partner coordination.
- Supervise a small team and ensure accountability, quality delivery, and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive awareness, visibility, and engagement for programs.
- Lead regular status meetings, risk reviews, and stakeholder update sessions.
- Conduct post-program evaluations and prepare impact and performance reports to guide future planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Event Management, Communications, or a related discipline).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in event or program management.
- Proven track record managing large-scale events and securing sponsorships
