Job summary
Mobile Sport Limited (MSport) is a digital sports betting operator specialising in mobile-first gaming solutions. We are looking for a Product & User Operations Officer to support day-to-day in-platform operations and user activities. This role focuses on executing operational tasks, monitoring key campaigns, conducting competitor research, and collecting user feedback to improve growth, retention, and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Support the setup and daily execution of in-platform operations and content placements, including task configuration, content arrangements or review and support for A/B or beta tests when required, with basic follow-up summaries.
- Monitor key placements and campaigns, and coordinate with relevant teams to make timely adjustments when needed.
- Conduct competitor research on in-platform strategies (campaign mechanics, bonus formats, user journeys, product experience) and prepare concise benchmarking reports.
- Collect user feedback via online or phone surveys, prepare basic reports (spreadsheets/charts), and share practical suggestions to improve user experience and operational execution.
- Provide practical suggestions to improve product experience and operational workflows, and actively support other key operational initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Public Relations, Psychology, Data Analysis, Business Management, Media and Communication, Technical, or a related field.
- Language: Excellent written and verbal English (Bonus with local languages)
- Technical: Proficient in tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Spreadsheet and others.
- Working Experience: 1-3 years in user or product operations or customer service roles, preferably in the gambling, gaming, entertainment or e-commerce industries.
- Sports Enthusiast: Strong knowledge of sports, especially in football, is preferred.
- Familiar with Betting products and have Betting experience (without addiction)
- Working on weekdays and Saturday mornings. Accept shift work during holidays if necessary.
- Detail-oriented and well-organised, ensuring minimal errors; responsible, patient, and careful in daily execution.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise essential tasks, and stay adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Highly self-motivated and curious, with strong local user insight—able to identify real user needs and translate them into practical actions.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a friendly and cooperative working style.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly Gross with a structure of 70% Basic Salary and 30% KPI Salary.
