The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring that project objectives align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and objectives
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
- Ensure effective communication among team members, clients, and management
- Manage project documentation, reports, and records
- Control project costs and ensure efficient use of resources
- Ensure projects comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (an advantage)
- Minimum of 2–5 years relevant project management experience (industry-dependent)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira)
Work Environment:
- Office-based, hybrid, or field-based, depending on project type
- May require occasional travel or extended hours to meet project deadlines
Remuneration: NGN 300,000
