Product Manager & Vibe Coder

Responsibilities:

Product Management:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for client web projects, aligning with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client consultations to identify opportunities and requirements.
• Prioritize features, manage backlogs, and oversee Agile workflows (sprints, scrums) to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate client requirements into actionable plans.

Project Leadership:

• Act as the technical and strategic lead for web development projects, ensuring alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.
• Communicate progress to clients and internal teams, addressing feedback and iterating on solutions.

Client & Team Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, guiding them through the development process.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Innovation & Optimization:

• Stay ahead of industry trends in web development, UX/UI design, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Implement automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices to streamline workflows.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Degree in a related field.
