Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Outreach:

• Identify small businesses and solopreneurs within target mainland locations.
• Conduct physical visits and outreach to introduce the project.
• Explain the initiative clearly, including benefits and expectations.
• Assess suitability based on eligibility criteria.

Interview Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate recorded interviews.
• Serve as the communication bridge between the internal team and participating businesses.
• Ensure timely availability and preparedness of business owners. Ideal Candidate Profile

• Is confident speaking to business owners and decision-makers.
• Has strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Is highly organized and self-driven.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Understands small business challenges and growth constraints.
• Is comfortable working in a field-based role.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or the academic equivalent is a huge advantage
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in business development, sales, community engagement, project coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to meet performance targets.
• Must be based on Lagos Mainland.
