Field Officer
Job summary
A Field Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing field operations, conducting site visits, gathering data, and ensuring that project activities are implemented efficiently. They act as the primary point of contact between the Organisation and the field, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines, reporting progress, and identifying any challenges or areas of improvement. The Field Officer will be responsible for executing on-site project activities, monitoring field operations, and collecting relevant data. This role involves liaising with clients or their representatives, stakeholders, project beneficiaries, and team members to ensure smooth project delivery. The Field Officer will also provide regular reports, assist in troubleshooting issues on the ground, and ensure that activities comply with organisational standards and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits and monitor project implementation.
- Collect and report data from field operations.
- Engage with local stakeholders and beneficiaries to gather feedback.
- Ensure adherence to organisational and project guidelines.
- Report on field progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align field activities with organisational goals.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in either of the following: Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building, or any other related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in field operations or project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in field settings.
- Proficiency in data collection and reporting
- Preferably Male
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 250,000
