Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the mobile app and payments platform.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and design to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and user data to inform product decisions and enhancements.
- Drive mobile app growth, user engagement, and product adoption through continuous improvement.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and oversee product releases.
- Ensure the product complies with financial regulations, security standards, and payment industry best practices.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics and implement strategies to improve user experience and conversion.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure product initiatives align with overall business objectives.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience managing mobile applications and digital payment products.
- Strong understanding of digital financial services, payment ecosystems, and mobile product development.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
