Junior Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Act as the on-site face of the company, building trust and managing day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Capture business problems from client engagements and communicate them clearly to software development teams in structured, actionable terms, including written briefs, user stories, and requirement documents.
• Identify unmet client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and take commercial initiative to develop new service opportunities on behalf of the company.
• Track deliverables, flag risks early, and keep both the client and internal teams aligned throughout the full project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• A fresh graduate with a strong passion for project management, technology products, or business analysis.
• Conceptual understanding of how software is built (no coding required).
• Demonstrable leadership ability, you take ownership and do not wait to be directed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to translate between business and technical language.
• Comfortable learning new software tools quickly and adapting to evolving client environments.
• A commercial mindset, you can recognise an opportunity and are confident enough to pursue it.
• Available and willing to be based full-time at the client's location in Rivers State.
• Must be under 30 years of age with 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
