Our client in the Interior Design & Fit-Out industry is looking for a Senior Project Manager who will oversee and manage construction and fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of project execution to ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and budget compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Define project deliverables in collaboration with clients.
- Develop detailed project plans and execution timelines.
- Assign tasks to teams based on strengths and skill sets.
- Supervise and coordinate site operations and sequencing of tasks.
- Track performance and analyze progress against deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timeframe.
- Oversee project teams, junior staff, and vendors.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Write progress reports and ensure documentation is up to date.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Technology.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project management within the construction/fit-out industry.
- Prior experience handling multiple projects and managing vendors is essential.
- Background in interior fit-out is a strong advantage.
